A quick guide to getting paid faster

There are three different ways to invoice Modash. You can invoice us yourself, use our free generator, or set up automatic invoicing.

Here’s everything you need to send a correct invoice.

And yes, we’ve got a free invoice generator ready for you! 😉

If you create and upload your own invoice

You can upload your own invoice. Make sure it includes everything Modash needs to process your payment fast.

Your invoice must include:

  1. Your Info (Issuer) -
Your full name or business name, address, and contact details.

  2. Our Info (Receiver/Bill To) -
Every invoice must be addressed to Modash OÜ
    Name: Modash OÜ
Address: Aia tn 10a-9, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia
    VAT ID: EE102111318

  3. Tax Details -
If you're based in the EU, include your VAT number or personal tax number.
Or add Not VAT Liable, if you are VAT exempt.

  4. Total Amount -
Clearly state the total - in the currency you've agreed to with the brand.

  5. Invoice Number -
Use a unique ID to identify the invoice.

  6. Invoice Date -
The date the invoice is created.

  7. Due Date -
The date the payment is expected.

Note: To avoid a delay in your payment, double-check everything before uploading your invoice. If anything's missing, we'll ask you to re-upload a new invoice, which might slow things down. 💸

Use the free invoice generator (optional)

Use the Modash Invoice Generator to create a professional invoice in minutes.

  1. Fill in your details in the form.

  2. Save and download the PDF.

  3. Upload it to creator.modash.io.

Easy. Done. Paid. 💰

Or let Modash create your invoices for you automatically

If you’d rather skip invoices altogether, you can turn on Automatic invoicing. Modash will create and upload invoices for every payout – so your payments reach you even faster.

To turn it on:

  • Open your dashboard.

  • Go to Details > Tax & invoicing, and click Edit.

  • Check Generate invoices automatically, and click Save. Once it’s on, you’re all set. You’ll no longer need to create or upload invoices.

Note: You only need to ensure your personal information and bank details are kept up to date.

You can also choose to automate your invoice on a payment by payment basis by choosing Create invoice automatically from details below in your payout.
