If your payment was returned, it usually means there was a mistake in your bank details.
Here's how to check and fix it:
Go to Details > Payout method in your creator dashboard.
Double-check that everything matches your actual bank account - name, account number, SWIFT code, etc.
Save any changes, then let us know at creators@modash.io.
If we notice a returned payment on our end, we’ll also reach out to you via email.
